Victor Linares, Mayor of Covina, is a small business owner, husband, and father dedicated to keeping Covina strong and connected. Born and raised in West Covina, he and his wife Sylvia, a police officer, are raising their family in the community he has called home for 18 years. As the operator of Arrow Lodge Brewing, Victor knows firsthand the challenges and rewards of running a small business. Since his election to the City Council in 2017, he has focused on practical leadership that strengthens local jobs, revitalizes downtown, and invests in parks, roads, and community projects like the upcoming Recreation Village. Guided by his belief in safe neighborhoods, fiscal responsibility, and opportunity for all, Victor continues to champion Covina’s families, businesses, and hometown spirit.
